Leads the architecture and delivery of Hinge Health’s enrollment and onboarding experience across web, mobile, and backend services, from registration through a member’s first therapy session.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and build durable enrollment workflows and server-driven web and mobile experiences.
- Improve and measure the enrollment funnel, connect intake data to personalized care, and safely migrate legacy systems.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and participate in the weekly on-call rotation.
