Build and improve AI agents that guide patients and caregivers through healthcare intake, from inquiries and information collection to follow-up and admission.
What you'll do
- Design and ship multi-step agents for patient and caregiver intake, including tools, state models, and orchestration logic.
- Integrate agents with scheduling systems, practice data, communication channels, APIs, and workflow tools; establish safeguards and escalation paths.
- Evaluate agent quality and production performance, analyze traces and user behavior, and iterate with healthcare and product teams.
