What you'll do
- Develop, test, and deploy prompts and conversation logic to improve clinical safety and patient experience.
- Build integrations with EHRs, scheduling systems, and telephony platforms using healthcare data feeds and APIs.
- Collaborate with clinicians and customer teams; evaluate conversation performance and troubleshoot integrations.
