About the job
Supports customer inquiries for current and legacy equipment by identifying spare parts, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating parts information and pricing.
What you'll do
- Provide technical assistance, quotations, and parts identification; research bills of material, manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain or vendors on costs, lead times, and specifications; maintain list prices and spare-parts setup in the ERP system.
- Meet customer-service targets and provide after-hours parts support on a weekly rotation.
