Manages assembly shop operations, employees, and job performance to deliver finished products and repairs according to customer specifications.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop assembly shop employees, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage shop safety, quality, delivery, cost, revenue, and margin; drive process and cycle-time improvements.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, suppliers, and other shop leaders on claims, repairs, equipment uptime, and improvement projects.
