About the job
Maintains and repairs building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment across Honolulu rail facilities.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment; document maintenance work and support failure analysis and defect rectification.
- Oversee building maintenance service work, manage site spare parts, and operate work vehicles or track maintenance equipment when qualified.
What they ask for
- Experience with electrical and common structural equipment maintenance.
- Ability to use common and specialized tools and test equipment.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, lock-out tag-out safety rules; ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and operating rules.
- Current CDL, or ability to obtain one within 12 months of starting; training cost is covered by the company.
