Manages project-based purchasing by converting BOM requirements into purchase orders, maintaining ERP data, and expediting materials to support manufacturing and project milestones.
What you'll do
- Create and track purchase orders, validate supplier and ERP data, and expedite materials to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, build teams, and suppliers to resolve shortages and support sourcing and competitive quotes.
- Administer returns and invoice or receipt discrepancies, maintain procurement data, and report performance indicators.
