What you'll do
- Oversee fabrication, machining, assembly, facility management, and preventative maintenance while meeting production schedules and safety, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives; measure and report results.
- Establish manufacturing plans, budgets, staffing, and organizational development, and collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams.
