About the job
Leads operations for Hitachi Energy’s new South Boston manufacturing plant, overseeing factory functions and accountability for safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
What you'll do
- Manage manufacturing operations and factory staff, including the SEOP process.
- Apply continuous-improvement methods under the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead safety, environmental compliance, and plans to improve cost, revenue, delivery, yields, and product reliability.
