Provides hands-on field service for high-voltage equipment at substations and customer facilities across the Western United States, including installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
What you'll do
- Install, modify, test, commission, and repair high-voltage equipment; execute or supervise substation equipment installation and commissioning.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, field testing, and troubleshooting; document test results and service records.
- Recommend maintenance or repairs, prepare service reports, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
