Maintains and installs Hitachi E.C.R. etching systems at customer facilities, resolving service issues and training customers and field engineers.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance and system installations at customer sites.
- Resolve service issues, provide technical guidance and training, and document service work.
- Maintain equipment subsystems including electronic, mechanical, vacuum, gas delivery, and wafer transfer systems.
