About the job
Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs Sullair and competing rotary air compressor products at customer locations, while providing technical support and documenting service work.
What you'll do
- Travel to customer sites to service, troubleshoot, install, and repair rotary products; provide on-call support as scheduled.
- Document service visits, maintenance, issues, troubleshooting actions, and follow-up items; drive field concerns to closure.
- Support customers, distributors, and employees with training, best practices, and responsive technical service.
