About the job
Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs Sullair and competitive rotary air-compressor products at customer sites, while documenting service and supporting customer training.
What you'll do
- Travel to customer sites to service, troubleshoot, install, and repair rotary products; perform work independently.
- Prepare service reports and track maintenance, expenses, timecards, and other service activities; drive field concerns to resolution.
- Provide scheduled after-hours support, follow safety policies, and support training for customers, distributors, and employees.
