Maintains, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs Sullair and competitive rotary products at customer sites, while documenting service work and supporting customer training.
What you'll do
- Service and troubleshoot Sullair and competitive rotary products at field locations; conduct or arrange repairs.
- Prepare service reports, track maintenance, and drive field concerns to timely resolution.
- Provide customer, distributor, and employee training support; provide after-hours support when scheduled.
