Supervises field crews and performs installation, maintenance, repair, and electrical testing of power transformers at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Lead crews of 2 to 8+ technicians and coordinate project tasks, schedules, and manpower.
- Serve as the onsite customer and subcontractor contact; identify and report project nonconformances.
- Perform electrical testing of transformers and reactors and promote compliance with safety requirements.
