What you'll do
- Coordinate recruiting, pre-employment activities, hiring terms, and onboarding for employees and other hires.
- Support managers and employees with HR matters, policies, employment-law compliance, and employee-relations issues.
- Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports and workforce data analysis.
