Supervises maintenance technicians and plans reliability work to keep manufacturing and facility equipment safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.
What you'll do
- Lead technicians, assign daily work, and ensure maintenance is completed on time and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with production to reduce downtime; manage work orders, backlog, asset data, spare parts, costs, and vendors.
- Support reliability programs, root cause analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
