Maintains production machinery and equipment, completes work orders, supports shift operations, and contributes to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Complete work orders and enter daily data into CMMS (SAP), supporting schedules and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance; report downtime concerns and submit parts and tool requirements.
- Assist with shift performance and communicate work assignments while following applicable regulations and procedures.

- Mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication skills and experience.
- Basic computer skills, including SAP.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts, and read blueprints and simple schematics.
Nice to have
- HVAC and welding experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S).
