Leads HR compliance and learning and development programs, audits, reporting, policies, and special projects while managing and mentoring one employee.
What you'll do
- Lead audits, compliance reporting, employee handbook revisions, and policy development; coordinate with Legal on employment-law compliance.
- Lead learning and development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive HR projects and communications, support company committees, and manage and mentor the Senior HR & Employee Communications Representative.
