Improves manufacturing processes, documentation, equipment, and layouts to increase productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Study and improve manufacturing processes using Lean principles; develop process plans, work instructions, tooling, and layouts.
- Conduct time, cost, capacity, staffing, and line-balancing analyses and provide technical support to the shop floor.
- Support new product launches, root-cause analysis, capital equipment projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
