Administers Hitachi Rail’s MMIS for the Honolulu Rail Project, maintaining system data and access, supporting users, resolving issues, and evaluating and implementing approved improvements.
What you'll do
- Maintain the MMIS database, administer user access, and help minimize downtime with regular backups.
- Investigate and coordinate system issues; provide technical support and training to users.
- Produce reports, assess enhancements, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes.
