Ensures quality across new product introduction projects and product portfolio enhancements for high-voltage equipment, from development through validation, certification, and release.
What you'll do
- Lead quality execution and integrate quality requirements into NPI projects and product enhancements.
- Facilitate quality risk assessments, audits, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor project quality performance, close gaps, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
