Leads daily materials and production support in the Rotor Shop, allocating resources, maintaining safety and quality, and performing production work for at least half of the workday.
What you'll do
- Assist the Supervisor with daily resource allocation and lead in the Supervisor’s absence to meet production targets.
- Ensure materials, tools, instructions, safety, quality, inventory control, and production priorities are in place; identify and resolve operational barriers.
- Perform production tasks, operate material handling equipment, and train team members.
