What you'll do
- Facilitate Structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT), hands-on sessions, and on-the-floor coaching.
- Create and maintain Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs), training guides, and learning materials; monitor training progress.
- Partner with leaders to address skill gaps and lead training projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
