About the job
Serves as the customer-facing link between Hitachi Energy sales teams and customers, identifying transformer service opportunities, defining scopes, preparing quotes, and supporting order closure and project coordination.
What you'll do
- Visit customer sites, assess needs, define scopes of work, and coordinate quotes and follow-up with sales and tendering teams.
- Troubleshoot transformer service issues and support field work involving repairs, maintenance, testing, and installations.
- Assist with on-site project coordination, including scope, budget, schedule, and manpower, and prepare customer and management reports.

- Technical competency in power transformers, including troubleshooting electrical testing/theory, transformer controls, oil processing, and oil testing standards.
