Supports manufacturing operations by maintaining shift performance, completing work orders, monitoring production goals, and promoting compliance and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals and support continuous improvement.
- Complete work orders and enter data in CMMS (SAP); report downtime concerns and submit parts and tool requirements.
- Assist with shift performance and communicate work assignments.
