What you'll do
- Lead and grow forward deployed engineering and solutions architecture teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific; hire and develop leaders and engineers.
- Own the distribution platform, live integration reliability and cost to serve, and the on-call and incident model.
- Partner with Product Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success on customer solutions, launches, retention, expansion, and roadmap priorities.
