Senior Product Manager- Voice AI for Operators

What you'll do

• Work with telecom operator customers to understand needs and define product vision and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Research, Revenue, Legal, and Finance to build products, guide model training priorities, support pricing, and assess regulation and product economics.
• Own products end-to-end, including hands-on execution, prototyping, and prioritization.

• At least one of: product management at a venture-backed startup; founder or early startup employee close to product; or MBB management consultant able to demonstrate familiarity with technology.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to learn quickly.
• Uses AI as a core part of their work to improve speed and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or voice AI at the model, orchestration, or application layer.
• Previously launched successful products as a PM.

Pay

$188,000- $218,000 USD base salary

AI focus

Lead products involving audio intelligence (including deepfake and fraud-intent detection) and conversational voice AI agents; collaborate on proprietary model training and third-party solutions. The role also expects AI use in day-to-day work.
