Provide remote, video-based hormone care for patients, primarily men with hypogonadism, including consultations, lab reviews, personalized treatment plans, and medication management.
What you'll do
- Conduct video consultations, review labs, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and titrate medications, and educate patients on safe hormone optimization.
- Provide feedback to improve the patient experience.
