About the job
Provide remote telemedicine consultations and individualized care plans for women navigating midlife health and hormone concerns, with optional care for men’s health patients.
What you'll do
- Conduct video consultations, review lab results, and explain treatment options.
- Educate patients and create individualized treatment plans, including medication titration or prescribing when clinically appropriate.
- Provide feedback to help improve the patient experience.
