About the job
Provides video-based telemedicine consultations and individualized hormone and midlife health care for women, with optional care for men and other health services.
What you'll do
- Conduct telemedicine consultations, review lab results, and explain treatment options.
- Educate patients and create individualized plans, including medication prescribing and titration as clinically appropriate.
- Provide feedback to improve the patient experience.

- MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
- Available for at least 6–8 consultation hours per week.
