About the job
Own the deployment and operation of customer AI engines, translating goals into specifications and building systems that automate deployment.
What you'll do
- Scope customer goals into engine specifications, including objectives, evaluations, permissions, and connectors; take engines live.
- Operate engines after launch, including evaluations, corrections, rollbacks, and triage of customer requests.
- Build internal systems to automate discovery, scoping, and implementation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
