What you'll do
- Validate and process payroll across the US, Canada, UK, and additional Employer of Record arrangements; handle final paychecks, adjustments, and special payments.
- Maintain payroll compliance, audit records, lead specified annual audits, and prepare reconciliations, journal entries, reports, and internal controls.
- Administer payroll systems and employee-related expense, travel, benefit, and data processes; respond to employee inquiries and collaborate across teams.
