Designs and operates Honeycomb’s storage and querying infrastructure, improving its performance, reliability, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Design and implement storage and query infrastructure improvements, including query performance and the Retriever service.
- Own projects from design through production support, coordinating with product and engineering partners and delivering measurable impact.
- Participate in on-call rotations, define team KPIs and SLOs, and reduce operational toil.
