About the job
Leads the architecture and hands-on development of NodeZero’s database platform, setting standards for scalable, secure, and reliable data storage and access.
What you'll do
- Set the database platform’s technical roadmap and own major architecture decisions, including schema design, scalability, and migrations.
- Establish PostgreSQL, schema governance, and query-performance standards; build tooling for safe, reversible, zero-downtime migrations.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate data contracts and architectural guardrails across teams.
