Executes and coordinates indirect procurement operations, managing requests, vendors, onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, records, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage the procurement queue, validate request details, follow up on missing information, and escalate blockers.
- Coordinate vendor and contractor onboarding, approvals, agreements, signatures, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain procurement records and trackers, review aging requests, and provide weekly queue and service-level dashboards.
