Build and operate backend workflows that provision customer accounts and assets, apply product entitlements, and activate NodeZero customers from purchase through their first pentest.
What you'll do
- Design and operate provisioning and activation services, including reliable asynchronous workflows with retries and failure recovery.
- Own projects through design, testing, release, observability, and production support; investigate failures and improve monitoring.
- Collaborate with licensing, administration, Product, and customer-facing teams to improve the customer activation path.
