What you'll do
- Define and deliver the architecture and roadmap for developer workflows, CI/CD, builds, and releases; create reusable templates, gates, and rollback paths.
- Improve build and supply-chain security, delivery observability, and developer experience in partnership with engineering, platform, security, and QA teams.
- Lead cross-team initiatives, establish standards for approved agentic development, mentor engineers, and build adoption of shared capabilities.
