Resolve complex customer issues for Poly video conferencing products by analyzing and reproducing problems and coordinating software fixes with Product Management or Development.
What you'll do
- Support Poly Global Support with challenging customer issues and drive them to resolution.
- Analyze and reproduce field issues, advocating for customers and coordinating software fixes.
- Assist Product Management in planning software fixes and features; author and maintain support documentation.
