Leads the discovery, design, testing, deployment, and adoption of practical AI solutions and agentic workflows across Print Supplies, helping teams achieve measurable business outcomes.

- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams, defining expected value, requirements, and success measures.
- Design and launch AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows with technical partners; test quality, safety, and reliability and improve them after launch.
