- Design and operationalize the Costing CoE, including its operating model, governance, policies, and decision rights.
- Lead enterprise cost-model design and standardize costing methods, processes, controls, and cross-functional workflows.
- Define Finance requirements for technology, data, analytics, implementation readiness, adoption, and sustained value realization.
