Own and improve HP IQ’s internal technology experience through IT operations, SaaS and endpoint administration, infrastructure support, and automation.
What you'll do
- Administer business platforms, SaaS applications, identity workflows, and Windows and macOS devices.
- Support office networking and infrastructure, resolve escalated technical issues, and partner with Security and Engineering on endpoint compliance.
- Improve IT processes and employee experience through automation, documentation, tooling, and operational metrics.
