About the job
Provides on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for HP large-format printers, while configuring system components and supporting customers.
What you'll do
- Install, train customers on, maintain, and repair large-format printing equipment.
- Configure and integrate hardware, software, and network components; verify system operation.
- Clarify customer needs, maintain satisfaction, and escalate issues according to established procedures.
