Build and operate scalable, data-driven CRM marketing programs across email and SMS, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver compliant, personalized customer communications.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain email and SMS journeys, automation, integrations, and reusable content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage CRM data flows and API integrations, and enforce data quality, privacy, governance, and pre-send QA practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and collaborate across teams to improve programs, platform capabilities, and customer communications.
