Owns the strategy, launch, lifecycle, and operational and financial performance of HP Indigo service offerings across the Americas.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned service offerings from launch and adoption through optimization and sunset, translating customer and operational feedback into requirements and improvements.
- Lead complex, multi-country programs and customer deployments, including service readiness, escalations, and operational improvement.
- Manage service-line performance with cross-functional teams, tracking KPIs and P&L measures while supporting customer satisfaction and growth.
