AI Data Platform Field Architect

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery and translate business and data requirements into scalable AI architectures, sizing, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and optimize AI data flows, pipelines, storage and retrieval for performance, cost, reliability, and model effectiveness.
• Partner with sales and Product Management to qualify opportunities, influence roadmaps, and develop repeatable solution content and go-to-market approaches.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in technical presales, solutions architecture, or a field CTO role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, including RAG and model inference and deployment.
• Experience sizing and designing GPU-based AI environments and mapping end-to-end data flows across the AI lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate with technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HPC or distributed compute environments; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and ecosystems such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or vector databases.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid AI infrastructure, storage technologies, or influencing product strategy.

Pay

United States of America: Annual Salary USD 153,500 - 298,500 in Colorado (combined base and target-level sales compensation at 100% of sales plan); Annual Salary USD 146,000 - 343,000 in Arizona & Nevada & New Jersey & Texas (combined base and target-level sales compensation at 100% of sales plan)
