Supports a Digital Experience Architect in designing future-state processes and digital solutions for the Channel domain, analyzing requirements and maintaining architecture artifacts and traceability.

- Develop and maintain process flows, journey maps, capability models, business rules, and other architecture artifacts.
- Analyze requirements and assess effects of design decisions across people, process, technology, and data.
- Support design workshops and cross-domain alignment; document decisions, dependencies, and recommendations.
