What you'll do
- Advise HRBPs and leaders on workforce transformations, reorganizations, employee relations, and complex people matters.
- Coordinate country-level HR program implementation with business leaders, HR teams, COEs, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Support compliant workforce actions, change management, escalations, and improvements to the Country HR operating model.
