Acts as the U.S. Country HR generalist and integrator for M&A, divestiture, outsourcing, and business-transfer workforce planning and execution.
What you'll do
- Translate transaction objectives and timelines into workforce considerations and coordinate HR stakeholders and deliverables.
- Advise on U.S. employment requirements, compliance, employee integration risks, and workforce-related communications and documentation.
- Track risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, and support employee integrations, transfers, and separations.
