What you'll do
- Set up and run service governance frameworks, including accountability, decision-making, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
- Monitor partner KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, risks, and service outcomes; address underperformance and drive recovery efforts.
- Coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams, report progress and risks to leaders, and improve service quality and governance.
